Own and Operate
The Group is committed to expanding its portfolio of owned and operated assets, with plans to grow its presence across key locations in Malaysia. The Group is focused on enhancing its offerings and strengthening its position in the hospitality sector, aiming for long-term growth and success.
Hospitality Operator
The group enters into the management of short term rental of hospitality commercial units owned by individuals or 3rd parties. The Hospitality operator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the units which encompass everything from the sales, housekeeping, maintenance, concierge services, etc. The business model will largely entail profit sharing with asset owner to deliver above market return on investment to the owners of the property by driving occupancy and room rates.
Design and Fit-Out
The Group provide design, consultancy and hospitality fit-out services for hospitality asset owners on a turnkey basis. Services provided will include interior design hospitality asset, hospitality consultation services, turnkey construction fitout solution, project management and procurement solutions for hospitality sector.
